No application will be entertained after the due date.
(b) For examination fee Tk 200/- (Two Hundred) should be deposited in the Government Treasury through challan code number : 8, 6 and copy thereof should be attached with the application.
(c) Government’s prevailing rules and regulations, quota system and any subsequent amendments in this regard shall be followed.
(d) In case of general candidates, age should be 18 to 30 years as on 12/10/2024 A.D. and in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyrs and physically challenged candidates, age limit should be maximum 32 years. No affidavit will be admissible for proof of age.

- (f) No TA/DA shall be granted for participation in written, oral and practical examinations.
- (g) One set of attested photocopies of all educational certificates/experience certificates/quota certificates or certificates, national identity cards and licenses relevant to the application should be submitted. Apart from this, the photocopy of the certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district, National Identity Card should be submitted.
- (h) Quota for Freedom Fighters, Martyred Freedom Fighters and Children of Heroes and Minorities, Physically Handicapped and Third Gender Candidates will be reserved as per Government Policy. All these candidates have to submit the application along with the attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest policy of the Govt.

(i) The applicant must mention the details of his last acquired educational qualification.

(j) The appointing authority reserves the right to cancel the notification.

(k) The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.

(l) In cases not specified, the latest regulations issued by the Government shall apply.(d) If any information provided by the candidate or submitted documents is found to be fake, false or inconsistency with the minimum conditions required in the notification, if proven false or if the examination is fake or fraudulent, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him will be done. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination during the examination or at any time thereafter if incorrect information/fake documents are produced.
